At the Edge of the Wild is an ongoing photographic exploration of Ontario’s untamed spaces. places where the calm of water meets the strength of rock, and where the human presence fades into the quiet rhythm of the land. Shot in black and white, the series captures moments of stillness and transition: mist lifting from a lake, clouds sweeping over distant hills, the watchful pause of an animal in its element.
Through this work, I explore what remains of wilderness and what is slowly being lost. Each image is both a record and a reflection. a reminder that the edge of the wild is not a boundary but a conversation between endurance and change.
